Each Quintana Roo bike is custom-built to order. Typically, assembly and quality testing take 7-10 business days, followed by 3-5 days for domestic shipping via our premium freight partners.
Does my bike arrive fully assembled?
We offer 'Home.Delivery.Right' service where your bike arrives 99% assembled. You will only need to straighten the handlebars and install the front wheel and pedals using the provided tool kit.
What is your return policy for performance gear?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it in its original condition for a full refund, minus a restocking fee for bikes.
